1:1 Yoga Therapy
Therapy for the whole of you — body, breath, mind, and beyond
Yoga therapy is the personalised application of yoga to support the individual, not the condition.
It meets you exactly where you are — physically, emotionally, and energetically — and works with your whole being to restore balance, vitality, and connection.
Guided by an experienced physiotherapist and yoga therapist, your session may include:
Targeted movement and postural work
Breath practices (pranayama)
Somatic and mindfulness tools

Sessions are collaborative, trauma-aware, and tailored to your unique needs.
